Elevating a premium brand through a high-converting digital experience

Convert Via partnered with Auburn Rowe to reimagine their digital presence from the ground up. The goal was to create a site experience that matches the quality of the product while improving usability, storytelling, and conversion performance across key customer journeys.


The Opportunity

Auburn Rowe had a strong product and brand foundation, but their existing site experience did not fully reflect the premium nature of the brand. Key friction points across navigation, product discovery, and storytelling limited engagement and conversion.

The opportunity was to bridge the gap between brand perception and digital experience, creating a site that feels elevated, intentional, and optimized for growth.
