As part of their early-stage ecommerce growth, we were brought in to stand up a robust Klaviyo ecosystem focused on lifecycle automation and email infrastructure best practices.

Core Lifecycle Flows: Built the welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and winback flows — each tailored to reflect the brand’s voice, premium positioning, and wine education themes.
Wine Club Onboarding: Designed an onboarding journey for new subscribers, including member-exclusive messaging, shipping expectations, and upsell moments.
Flow Strategy + Setup: Mapped out trigger logic, frequency caps, and event-based filters to ensure clean user journeys and non-overlapping messaging.
Deliverability Best Practices: Configured a dedicated sending domain, branded link tracking, and engaged segment warmups to ensure inbox placement from day one.
