We partnered with Microscope Central to build a powerful Shopify store showcasing their premium microscopes & accessories. Our design and optimization deliver a seamless, expert-backed shopping experience.

Project Execution

Microscope Central is an established, family-owned e-commerce and service business operating under the legal name I. Miller Microscopes, specializing in microscopes and accessories for over 80 years.

Core Offerings

New & Refurbished Microscopes: They provide both brand-new and expertly refurbished microscopes from well-known manufacturers like Accu-Scope, Leica, Unitron, Meiji, Nikon, and others.
Accessories & Digital Add-ons: A broad selection includes cameras (e.g., 4K HDMI/Wi-Fi models), illuminators, objectives, stages, eyepieces, stands, and more

Design: We started with a full design in Figma and turned it into a complete Shopify store from A to Z.

Theme: We used Shopify's theme, which is fast, modern, and built for performance.
Tech Used: The site is built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify’s code language).
Used the Shopify API’s also to fetch the data where needed.

Key Features:

Custom Filters & Menus:
All filters and dropdown menus are custom-coded no third-party apps to keep the site fast and clean.
Color Swatches & Variants as Products:
Variants (like colors) are shown as separate products on the collection pages, with swatches for easy selection.
Fast Loading:
Because we used the Dawn theme and wrote lightweight custom code, the site loads quickly without performance issues.
Easy Navigation:
Organized menus and a currency/location selector make browsing smooth for users worldwide.
