ASTR came to us seeking a more intelligent retention approach one that balanced timing and segmentation with inbox performance at scale. We delivered a full-funnel overhaul, blending lifecycle automation, seasonal campaign segmentation logic, and rigorous list health practices to maximize deliverability and downstream revenue.

To ensure inbox placement and long-term list growth, we implemented a layered deliverability strategy that included:

  • Dedicated sending domain with branded link tracking for better sender identity and brand trust

  • Behavior-based segmentation to isolate high-, mid-, and low-engagement cohorts

  • Regular list cleaning and unengaged suppression to maintain sender reputation and reduce hard bounces

  • Warming list creation using previously non-subscribed, deliverable contacts ensuring gradual re-introduction without harming engagement rates
